You will thrive on providing exceptional customer service and will have a clear friendly phone manner with great documentation skills. Full training will be provided.

**Duties and responsibilities**
- Resolve Level 2 IT issues and produce procedures to standard
- Level 2 Technical support, including hardware and software support
- Hardware management - re-configure, repair, commission and decommission
- Management of user and computer accounts, permissions, and access rights
- Asset Management of major IT items
- Active Directory - Organisational units, permission sets

**Experience and Skills**
- Professional experience with Active Directory, full MS Suite, Windows 10, Office 365 is required
- IT Qualification is viewed favourably, however not mandatory
- Knowledge and understanding of IT Security protocols
- Understanding of computer hardware and equipment
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues in a friendly manner
- A proven interest in IT and Technology and dedication to growth
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
