- Fountain Gate Secondary College is located in the City of Casey in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne, approximately 40 kilometres from the Melbourne Central Business District. The school was registered as a Year 7-12 provider in 2009, and prior to that, was a Year 7-10 campus of Eumemmerring College._
- We provide high-quality education for the Narre Warren community in a safe, supportive and educationally challenging environment. - The school grounds include an indoor multi-purpose gymnasium, and a range of flexible classrooms ('learning hubs¿) and specialist facilities. The grounds include passive and active play spaces, basketball and netball courts and an oval._

**Role**:
**Marketing and Communications**

1.Providing advice and support to administration and staff on the use of digital best practices, ensuring that all relevant department policies and ethical standards are met.

2.Maintain the school website, ensuring information and multimedia content is relevant and up to date and incorporating design and structural changes as needed
a. Writing/editing new copy as needed
b. Updating policy documents and recurring event dates as needed
c. Adding tour dates
d. Producing new video content and photographs as needed

3.Coordinating, designing and distributing the College newsletter

4.Designing, editing and producing student orientation and transition materials (as needed), including
a. Handbooks
b. Forms
c. Surveys
d. Display folders

5.Promoting public access College events via the appropriate platforms (e.g. Compass, Facebook, Newsletters, etc.)

6.Designing and producing school tour promotional materials, including information packs, folders and business cards
