We are currently recruiting for a professional and proactive Receptionist to support one of our valued clients on a part time temp contract basis for the next year

Key Responsibilities:

- Day-to-day running of the office, ensuring a safe working environment for all visitors and staff
- Ordering kitchen supplies, stationery and consumables
- Maintaining office supplies, stock management, researching specific purchase information for regular goods and services required by the office
- Coordinate activities associated with the maintenance of building facilities and equipment including the administration of building security/access for employees
- Assisting with office events including catering for meetings
- Ensure the office is clean, well-stocked and operates seamlessly, without direction or micro-management
- Supporting P&C with the Onboarding of new employees
- induction tours, security assess passes, new starter packs and desk set up
- Executive support with processing of expense claims
- Implement and maintain procedures/office administrative systems
- Liase with building managers regarding base building functions, notifications of works to the business and coordinating required testing and equipment
- Respond to incoming calls and managing queries from internal stakeholders
- Receiving visitors to the organisation and directing them accordingly
- Performing clerical functions such as filing and general correspondence, as required
- Opening, sorting and distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Other ad hoc duties as required

You will need to:

- Have some previous experience in a similar role
- Have excellent stakeholder management and customer service skills
- Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Be positive and proactive with the ability to multitask
- Have exposure to relevant systems e.g. MS Office
- Be a team player
