- Ideal role for an experienced Relationship Manager with commercial lending experience

YOU | As a Relationship Manager, you will develop and maintain credible, long-term relationships with the community, industry and referral partners, as well as facilitating positive customer experiences and outcomes. You will display high levels of professionalism within the Commercial Banking segment and be well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges facing Australian businesses. Ideally you will also possess:

- Experience in a similar Commercial Banking or Relationship Management role
- Strong credit acumen and exemplary financial analysis skills
- Ability to build rapport with proven success in Business Development
- Understanding of business needs and attitudes of Commercial Banking customers
- Ability to network effectively and maintain good professional working relationships with a range of stakeholders

THE ROLE | You will manage a large portfolio of key commercial clients and develop and deliver win-win solutions to meet their needs, objectives and interests. You will work closely with a variety of stakeholders both within and outside of the business, as well as increase market share and contribute to the successful delivery of key initiatives.
