Le client est l'alpha et l'oméga des spécialistes du merchandising de NIKE, Inc. Cette équipe comprend les besoins des clients et prend en compte la capacité du marché pour créer le bon mix produit dans chaque région du monde. Des magasins à la vente ligne, cette équipe aide à mettre en pratique les notions de catégories saisonnières. L'équipe de Merchandising dispose de la capacité unique à voir au-delà des tendances du moment pour identifier celles à venir, et délivrer le bon produit au bon endroit, au bon moment et au bon prix.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

As the Nike Direct Digital Merchandising Manager
- Kid’s, your primary purpose is to build seasonal assortments to align with strategic product priorities, land financial targets, and serve at the pace of the local consumer. Your focus will be through 3 priorities:
Consumerist: Amplify the voice of the consumer and marketplace upstream to Asia Pacific and Latin America Merchandising leaders (APLA) based in WHQ, to turn insights into line plan action.

Curator: Deliver curated, productive & profitable assortments with an "end in mind" vision and to win with the NDDC Kid’s consumer

Connector: Land the Consumer & Product Marketplace Strategy through the lens of NDDC, through close partnership with Cross-Functional Teams

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

Through close collaboration with APLA Marketplace Merchandising teams, you will drive NDDC Kid’s assortment priorities aligned to consumer and marketplace strategy. You will be a highly effective and engaged member of the NDDC cross-functional team to support seasonal planning and in-season trading.

You will participate in regular business teardowns (inclusive of seasonal hindsights) to stay informed on the business and stay on top of consumer and marketplace trends to translate insights to in-season and future season actions. In addition, you will need to carefully balance the art and science to build seasonal assortments to align with strategic product priorities, land financial targets, and serve at the pace of the local consumer.

In this role you will need a season less mindset, balancing newness and consistency and to drive portfolio health and balance through support of Corporate strategy, and in-depth knowledge of local business needs.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

You will be the conduit between the customer and Nike regarding product & merchandising strategies, working closely with Planning, Marketing and fellow merchandising teammates.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE?
- 3-year/university Degree (e.g. Bachelor’s). Relevant experience in product merchandising, planning, sales and/or product marketing. Two additional years of experience is generally accepted in lieu of degree level education (applies to 3-year Degree or greater).
- Retail acumen with proficiency in retail and profit-based metrics
- Multi-season assortment planning and pricing experience and insights.
- Marketplace awareness including digital and physical retail, consumer, competitors, and products
- Proficient translating insights and retail results into actionable strategies and plans
- Be a strong communicator with an ability to influence diverse and cross-functional teams, manage complex projects and balance multiple workstreams
- Leadership and people management experience/skills
