Site Access Coordinator - Fixed Networks

- As part of the Fixed Networks team, the Site Access Coordinator is responsible in organising access to sites, ensuring that stakeholders are well informed of any pending activities. This role will be working within a highly supportive and experienced team who are ready to provide support as the Coordinator is learning about the role.

- Liaising with external stakeholders to schedule access for Technicians / Field Staff
- Collaborating with other Access Team members as well as internal resources
- Updating and populating spreadsheets, databases and templates
- Working with various members of the team to increase knowledge and skills

**About you**:

- To be successful in this role, ideally you will have:_
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment
- High attention to detail
- Well-developed communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent coordination and multi-tasking skills Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite. Particularly: Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint**About Ventia**
