**The Opportunity: Lead Educator**
- **Schedule**: Monday - Friday, 5 days per week
- **Hours**: Up to 38 hours with flexibility
- **Location**: Ashgrove
- **Compensation**: Up to $34 per hour + super

This role will be in a large Toddlers room within a team of 4 educators. Seeking a strong and experienced Lead Educator to lead this small team

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Lead your team in creating and delivering an educational program fostering children’s learning and development.
- Prioritize children’s health and safety.
- Engage in joyful, educational activities, inspiring a love for learning.
- Build strong relationships with families and fellow educators.

**Qualifications**:

- Sense of humour, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing one.
- Current Qld Blue Card.
- Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and good nutrition for children.

Our Centre opened in January 1998 and cares for up to 90 children aged from birth to 5 years. We are passionate about sustainability and love to explore these practices with the children in our care.

Pay: $29.00 - $34.00 per hour
