As a Lead Educator you will work closely with our Leadership Team and lead your team to create and deliver educational programs and practices that supports children’s learning and development. You will build relationships with our children, their families and your team of educators

Sparrow Early Learning Ashgrove is our brand-new state-of-the-art facility The service consists of 6 stimulating learning studios to inspire 89 children. We have a staff retreat area and stunning outdoor playscapes with views over Brisbane CBD and beyond. This location is perfect for our team and families with access to a gym, Pilates, medical and great food selections in walking distance and public transport right at the door.

**What you’ll need**:

- **Diploma in Children's Services (or ACECQA approved equivalent)**:

- **Minimum 1 years experience in a current Lead Educator role**:

- Experience in the under 3 year age group
- Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current & Valid Working with Children Check
- First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $29.71 - $33.80 per hour

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (required)
