Receptionist/administrator

**Job description**:
We have an excellent opportunity for a Receptionist/ Administrator to be based in our Inverness Head Office and support our busy regional recruitment administration team.

Main duties will include:

- Answering switchboard, transferring calls, and welcoming visitor/clients.
- Processing any mail/packages and providing general office and management support.
- Process all new and updated CV's formatting to a high standard for submitting to Clients.
- Prepare required assignment letters and documentation
- Undertake and complete pre-employment checking requirements.

This is a full-time permanent role.
