One of our clients is looking for an experienced Project Coordinator who will be responsible for providing end-to-end project support including planning, implementation, review and ongoing monitoring of projects across a wide range of Corporate Services disciplines. This role is also responsible for developing and implementing communications across all business entities, including developing content for the web and intranet sites, and social media platforms.

The role offers variety and opportunities to stretch the incumbent skills in incidental or peripheral areas of the position.

**Responsibilities Projects**
- Assisting as required on various Corporate Services Projects.
- Support change management and implementation activities for process improvement.
- Assist in designing, documenting and maintaining system processes.
- Coordinate and support the development of online learning modules.
- Design, test and implement changes to the company’s Health, Safety and Governance software system.

**Communications**
- Organise the design, content, production and enhancement of communications materials including newsletters, information packs and project communications that are clear, consistent and high quality.
- Create and implement content for the company intranet pages.
- Create and implement content for the company Web pages.
- Identify information to be communicated to the workforce, discerning the correct communication channel(s) and drafting communications as directed by management.
- Support in the development and delivery of strategic internal communications that support the building of a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Create and manage social media accounts in line with Management requirements, if required.

**Technical writing**
- Research information to support the creation, update and edition of various policies and procedures.
- Assist in creating, updating and editing various policies and procedures.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Work effectively with the Management team to deliver business and performance improvement objectives.
- Propose improvements to the LinkedIn communications strategy based on posts performance to improve/maintain engagement.
- Complete regular audit of Web pages.
- Complete regular audit of intranet pages.
- Support Governance audit process.

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in web publishing highly advantageous.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience with MyOSH, Viking, Word press and Grav systems highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
- Ability to work cooperatively and independently, whilst establishing positive relationships across the business.
- Excellent organisational, and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
