Techforce Personnel, a well renowned national labour hire recruitment agency is looking for experienced, passionate recruitment consultants to join our ever-growing team in Perth, Australia with positions available in both our blue and white collar division (Active clients + Live roles).

**Role Requirements**:

- Build rapport with new and existing clients to maximise billing potential
- Generate new business through a variety of business development methods
- Management of our in-house ATS and CRM systems
- Maximising shift fulfillment through various communication lines
- Available to relocate to Perth, Western Australia
- 1+ years experience within recruitment, either blue or white collar
- Highly organised with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience in working to various KPI’s, Targets and Billing thresholds
- History of lead generation with successful placement outcomes
- Strong time management and critical thinking ability
- Positive, motivated and energetic attitude in your approach to your working day
- Resilient and confident In challenging situations
