Motion Recruitment is a Boutique IT Recruitment Agency whose core focus is Digital, Data and Technology recruitment. In just a few years have built one of Sydney's most trusted and fastest-growing boutique IT recruitment firms, leading a team of vibrant, passionate and informed recruiters. We boast some of the best local and global clients on offer.

Due to continued success and growth we are looking at bringing on another consultant to join our specialist Digital and Software Development Recruitment team. We offer new starters the guidance and direction of some of Sydney's most experienced and successful consultants.

We strongly believe in hiring based on attitude and potential giving you an opportunity to work in a highly lucrative industry with a leading training program. We will provide all the direction and training you need to be successful.

**About the role**

After going through our specially tailored training program you will be able to:

- Make calls to prospective clients and foster new relationships
- Increase your knowledge within the technology industry
- Further solidify relationships with our existing clients and look for new business opportunities
- Manage the interview and offer process

Become a 360 degree recruitment consultant in your first year

**Skills and experience**
- A Bachelor's degree
- Excellent Communication Skills
- A desire and interest in the Digital, data and technology.
- Prior sales experience (Retail or Hospitality)
