**Tasks & Responsibilities**
- _Team Leadership:_ Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Foster a positive work environment where every team member feels valued and empowered.
- _Sales & Performance:_ Drive store sales and achieve key performance indicators by implementing effective merchandising strategies and customer engagement initiatives.
- _Operations Management:_ Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
- _Customer Interaction:_ Build strong customer relationships by providing expert advice and guidance on outdoor products. Ensure every customer leaves with the right gear for their adventure.
- _Reporting & Analysis:_ Monitor and analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to make informed decisions and develop strategies for continuous improvement.
