The opportunity:
At AIA Financial Wellbeing, we understand that financial wellbeing is a critical piece of the wellbeing puzzle, intrinsically linked to physical and mental wellbeing. We offer holistic advice that considers our clients’ personal and financial goals, helping them make confident decisions and lead a Healthier, Longer, Better Life.

We are searching for an outstanding Advice Manager to lead, motivate and develop a team of dedicated financial planners. Your team will be responsible for providing customer-centric and holistic financial advice by delivering a best-in-class digital customer experience.

To do this successfully you will:
- Create a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and training your team and nurturing their professional development- Have a true passion for achieving the best results for clients- Effectively lead you team through business change initiatives- Execute the business strategy within a risk management and operational policy framework- A passionate leader who has experience coaching and mentoring financial advisors- Drive and determination to create a high-performance culture- Change resilience with demonstrated experience leading teams through change- A passion for wellbeing and the role financial advice can play in supporting financial, physical, and mental wellbeing
