Things We’ll **Trust** You With:

- Management of a customer service team across three leisure centres.
- Championing our enquiry handling processes and being an ambassador for the leisure centres, our programs and services.
- Mentoring and coaching team members to drive positive customer experiences.
- Collaboration with other leisure centre departments to drive promotions and retention campaigns.

Things You’ll **Do**:

- Lead the customer service team to ensure efficient and effective operation of the customer service team.
- Supervise, train and empower customer service staff in their respective roles and responsibilities.
- Manage new memberships and enrolments across leisure.
- Prepare and manage staff rostering and develop, implement and evaluate procedures for all leisure centre customer service operations.
- Manage financial transaction reconciliations ensuring accurate records are maintained.

The **Fine** Print:

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated on Tuesday 27 June 2023
- **Pack**age**: $70,659 - $74,897 gross p.a. plus superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Temporary, full-time, 38 hours per week, 9 day fortnight working across a 7 day roster. Shift times will be in line with the operational requirements and can be between 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. Position is expected to be available up to 12 months.
