**THE OPPORTUNITY**

**Salary**:$87,716 to $96,613 per annum pro rata + 11% super + annual leave loading
**Time Fraction**:Full time, 1.0 EFT***
**Location**:Chadstone campus.
**WWCC**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining and maintaining an ‘employee’ Working with Children Check.
**Police Check**: Appointment to this position is dependent on obtaining a Police Check.
**Position Status**:Contract position until 31 December 2023.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have:

- Strong understanding of database management systems and infrastructure, including their functions and designs in relation to the enterprise systems requirements of a large organisation.
- Comprehensive knowledge of database triggers, functions, procedures, indexing, normalisation, monitoring, alerting, and capacity planning practices.
- Expertise in database design, testing, development, administration, maintenance, backup/restore, patching, and disaster recovery.
- Knowledge and proficiency in LINUX (various), Ellucian Banner, Argos Reporting and Celcat Timetabler
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in Oracle products and technologies, such as Oracle RAC, Oracle GRID, Java, XML, Linux/UNIX scripting, Microsoft Structured Query Language (SQL), and Oracle procedural language PL/SQL.
- Degree and/or relevant postgraduate qualifications in computer information and communication technology, database management technologies, or related disciplines, coupled with relevant experience.
