We are looking for talented customer care specialists who genuinely care and enjoy having real, meaningful conversations with people.

You will have a natural curiosity of understanding the “whys” behind customer behaviours.

Your day-to-day will involve having consultative conversations with people who may be looking to leave the company’s service providing, empathise with their circumstances and re-capture their needs to retain them as a customer.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**:

- Provide consultative chats to customers to understand whys behind why they may be looking leave the company’s services
- Handle in/bound and out/bound calls with existing customers
- Meet individual targets and KPIs
- Accurate record and document interactions

**ABOUT YOU**
- Prior call center experience is highly desirable
- Solutions focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural curiosity to understanding the “why” behind behaviours
