Why your role matters Support the delivery of a customer-centric, strategic, and operationally focussed HR consultancy and advisory service to Queensland Government Customer and Digital Group (QGCDG). You will play a meaningful role in the strategic direction and employee life cycle experience across your portfolio. Bringing your existing experience of providing dedicated HR business partnering support, you'll build trusted relationships across your client group to offer high-level HR solutions, strategies, and advice. The work you do has a ripple effect far beyond your immediate role. Who you are.
To be successful in this role you will have experience providing a customer focused and broad human resource consultancy and advisory service, within a similar environment. You will have previously coordinated and supported case management, performance and people management, recruitment and selection and workforce capability development programs and initiatives. You will demonstrate professionalism through effective organisational, communication and interpersonal skills and uphold behaviours aligned to QGCDG's values of Customers First, Ideas into Action, Unleash Potential, Be Courageous and Empower People.
