Specialist local teams are highly qualified to give quick responses and informed support to the client’s local operations, specifically their special, unusual or difficult insurance needs.

**The role**

As a support officer you will be responsible for:

- Completing administrative tasks and support the general operations of the organisation by assisting underwriting staff and management.
- Responding to telephone inquiries or dealing with general enquiries; such as customer and broker requests
- Liaise with brokers and finance team in relation to receivables
- Produce, analyse, and action reports
- Ensuring all tasks are provided in an honest and ethical manner and compliant with all Company policies and procedures.

**Experience**
- Minimum of 2 years insurance administration experience
- Proficient computer skills including outlook and excel
- Strong number and analytical skills, ability to evaluate and interpret data
- Organisational skills, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight deadlines
- Strong work attitude
