**About the Role**:
Are you looking to join a stable well respected large organization working across multiple industries?

Due to internal growth, we are looking to recruit a full-time experienced **Workforce Planning Coordinator **to join our high-performance team. This is an exciting time for our organization and this opportunity would see you join an expanding team which has strategic importance to achieving our corporate vision.

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Be first point of call for all queries from employees and managers
- Ensure all roster changes are updated in order of priority
- Manage and assist with fortnightly pay closes
- Interpret relevant Awards and Enterprise agreements
- Ensure compliance with relevant Industrial Agreements
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
- Process manual pays via rostering system as required
- Assist with completion of Monthly and adhoc reporting
- Monitor employee reliability to shifts and report any unsatisfactory performance.

**Minimum Criteria**:

- Experience in Workforce Planning Coordinator
- Ability to work productively with limited supervision in a team environment or alone
- Exceptional communication and technology skills
- Can do attitude and willing to jump in to ensure service delivery is achieved where required.
- Must have full time work rights.
