We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Specialist to support our marketing and coffee solutions teams within JDE Australia. This is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working. The FP&A Specialist will take ownership of marketing related expenditure including budgets, estimations and actual spends, playing a part in decision making by providing sound financial recommendations for new innovations Are you up for this challenge?

In this role, you will:

- Partner with our marketing team and oversee the advertising and promotional (A&P) spend
- Support business case scenarios and brand planning for new product pipelines and activations
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports and balance sheet reconciliations related to the marketing budget
- Provide disciplined financial recommendations regarding the marketing budget
- Work closely with internal stakeholders locally and globally to ensure accurate cost control
- Drive efficiency through process improvements
- Cover certain assigned month end tasks
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis

**Qualifications**:
For this role as a FP&A Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

- You hold tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or similar
- You have, or are working towards, a CPA or CA qualification
- Proficient excel skills
- Experience working with SAP will be highly regarded
- Experience in a similar role in FMCG will be highly regarded
- You have sound experience working across various departments and/or with global stakeholders
