**What you'll be responsible for**:
As above, as well as:

- Maintaining a strong knowledge of Veolia’s produce and service offerings
- Ensuring that customer contracts are maintained prior to expiry as per campaign listings and inline with KPI measurement
- Generating leads and capturing customer contact information accurately
- Conducting some outbound calls to current and potential clients when required
- Ensuring data is entered into all systems and integrity and governance rules are applied.

**What you'll need to be successful**:

- Demonstrated experience in an inbound/outbound sales role interacting with small and medium customers
- Managing customer relationships and meeting sales targets and specific KPIs
- An engaging and attentive communication style that people enjoy interacting with.
