Due to maternity leave, we have an opportunity within our Organisational Development Team for a Training Advisor to join us from Feb 2023 for a 12-month contract.
You will be based in our Padstow Head Office and be able to benefit from a Hybrid working pattern. Some visits to branches nationally to deliver training will be required from time to time.
You will be responsible for managing a range of OD projects as well as delivering and assisting to deliver, face to face and virtual training for our Emerging and Front-Line Leaders. Programs will include coaching, change, managing for performance, conflict resolution and more.
**About the role**:
- Collaborate with OD and other team members to develop, implement and evaluate learning programs and training plans across multiple levels of the business
- Facilitate training programs across the business, through various mediums, including face to face, over the phone, online platforms, and eLearning
- Daily effective interaction with participants and stakeholders as required to ensure learning and development goals and outcomes are achieved
- Visit Branches to build rapport and exposure of the OD team, which may include interstate and intrastate travel will be required
- Develop collaborative relationships with HR Operations, Managers, employees and other stakeholders
- Participate and lead in the development, delivery and implementation of projects and organisational development initiatives and plans
- Support the development of identified successors (Talent Review) post training via follow up calls and by facilitating the coaching and mentoring pilot programs
**About you**:
- Experience in HR Business Partnering including the ability to build and maintain positive and productive relations with employees and stakeholders
- Experience designing and delivering training interventions to Front Line Leaders
- Strong written and oral communication including presentation skills
- Genuine passion for people development and the ability to deliver results against set KPI’s
- Highly organised, with the ability to successfully deliver programs and projects
- Proven ability to focus on delivering Leadership Capability improvements in line with the People plans or strategies
