**The Role**
We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Finance Business Partner to join a dedicated and experience FP&A team. Working closely with the executive and senior leadership team, this role is designed to produce valuable insights and provide financial information to support decision making. This includes:
- Partnering with the operations and leadership teams to lift financial and operational performance and meet strategic objectives
- Preparation of annual budgeting and forecasting models
- End of Month financial reviews
- Measure and analyse business performance against set metrics

In conjunction we are needing some with:
- Degree Qualification in Business, Commerce or Similar
- 4+ years’ experience in FP&A or Commercial Finance role
- Highly advanced Excel abilities
- Experience in using analytical software (TM1, IBM Planning Analytics, etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Power BI is preferable
- CA/CPA Qualification strongly desirable
