**Brickworks is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Fyshwick Design Centre.**

**Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibilities will include**:
***
- **Customer Interaction**: Deliver high-quality service to internal and external customers.
- **Sales Support**: Handle sales enquiries, coordinate client appointments for colour selection, and process orders, credits, and returns.
- **Product Knowledge**:Maintain an up-to-date understanding of our diverse range of building products.
- **Workplace Excellence**: Keep work areas, displays, and the office neat and presentable.
- **Inventory Management**:Ensure brick samples are regularly re-stocked.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Customer Service Experience**:Prior experience in a similar role is essential.
- **Forklift Licence Preferred**: but not required as training can be provided.
- **Availability**:Ability to work on Saturdays.
- **Skills**:Strong time management, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- **Attitude**:A positive attitude and strong work ethic are crucial.
- **Education**: A tertiary qualification in a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.
