**THE OPPORTUNITY**
At NRI we currently have a great permanent role for an experienced Applications Engineer with leadership experience.

Will manage a team of Application engineers and administrators within the client’s BAU/Project environment.

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in the below:

- A background in software development, ideally with functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of SaaS products and understanding of maintenance and release schedules.
- Strong experience in managing corporate Application Support services at all levels.
- Ability to interact in a professional manner and build relationships with a broad range of people.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent consulting skills and comfortable working directly with clients and vendors.
- Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies
- Excellent people management and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple staff and prioritise work.
- Ability to self-manage and work autonomously.
