THE OPPORTUNITY
At NRI we currently have a great permanent role for an experienced Applications Engineer with leadership experience.

Will manage a team of Application engineers and administrators within the client's BAU/Project environment.

To be considered, you will be able to demonstrate experience and knowledge in the below:

  • A background in software development, ideally with functional experience.
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS products and understanding of maintenance and release schedules.
  • Strong experience in managing corporate Application Support services at all levels.
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner and build relationships with a broad range of people.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent consulting skills and comfortable working directly with clients and vendors.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM methodologies
  • Excellent people management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple staff and prioritise work.
  • Ability to selfmanage and work autonomously.
