- **The Opportunity**
- Undertake real estate market analysis, identify trends, provide detailed analytics and modelling with the best-in-class data
- Implement and execute a range of consultancy projects and associated activities
- Collaborate with other team members, valuers and business lines to drive outcomes
- Learn and leverage from our experts and specialise within the emerging ‘Living Sectors’ (Build to Rent, Co-Living, Purpose Built Student Accommodation as well as all general Residential)
- Manage and design the delivery of interesting and complex analytics projects, building relationships with clients at all levels and in all sectors to become a trusted advisor to our clients.

**About you**:

- Experience in the property sector with at least 2-3 years of consulting experience within real estate and/or valuations, favourable if within the residential sector
- A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment
- Self-motivated, positive attitude, and lots of energy and drive and ability to support, mentor and motivate junior team members
- Analytical, detail-orientated, a team player and good in multi tasking as well as being organised.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), MS word, powerpoint & excel
