We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic technical sales representative to join our expanding team at Bauerfeind ANZ based within Greater Sydney. To keep up with the growing demand, we are looking to appoint an account manager or a sales specialist, wanting a career change of lifetime, to help drive our business throughout ANZ within both public and private health care.

- Experience as a Technical Sales consultant in the medical space or general interest in health and wellbeing. 
- Self-motivated, driven with high level of attention to detail.

- Motivated and with initiative to come up with strategies and execute them.
- Enjoy helping people live a pain-free and active life.

**The Role**

The role involves qualifying and advancing opportunities in a competitive B2B environment both in house initially followed by on the road. This will be through a mix of outbound calling as well as "warm" leads coming through Internal marketing initiatives. You will be required to develop strong relationships with both new and existing businesses.



**Experience/Skills Required**
- Minimum of 5 years within sales or in the health industry with B2B sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in written, verbal and in-person contexts.
- Ability to multitask and work in a genuine fast-paced environment. 
- Ability to confidently and comfortably utilise a CRM and utilise technology across multiple devices.
- Come across as genuine and confident when liaising with potential customers.
- Having good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude towards clients and co-workers with the ability to build strong relationships.
- Ability to identify and qualify the key aspects of a potential opportunity.
- Having general knowledge of the health industry and the ability to learn quickly.
- Effectively and consistently working with internal CRM software.
- Daily time management and the ability to work independently or under supervision.
- Drive to succeed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
