AU Onboarding Analyst

**Responsibilities**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES**

Your responsibilities will entail but not limited to:

- Manage and enter data related to affiliates' onboarding activities into Ria systems.
- Assist the Sales Team by addressing concerns with onboarding and existing affiliates, promptly resolving escalated issues to ensure seamless onboarding and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct due diligence for new and renewing affiliate applicants, perform risk assessments, issue security keys, and process terminations following relevant regulations and Ria's internal guidelines.
- Provide detailed reports to management on the onboarding process status, highlighting any issues or delays, and keep management informed of progress and potential delays affecting timelines or compliance. Identify and analyse discrepancies and errors in Ria systems, process necessary adjustments, and
- up on issues to ensure resolution.
- Perform screening during onboarding and ongoing processes, analyse results, and identify areas for review by the Compliance department. Communicate with internal teams to ensure prompt document collection and
- up as necessary to manage outstanding responses.
- Participate in projects/initiatives/ad-hoc tasks.

- Highly driven with a passion for excellence in customer service.
- Strong operational and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. Enthusiastic and self-motivated, able to

- KYC courses, certificates, or studies is desirable but not essential.
