**About the Company**
We are looking for a** Exceptional Retail Manager** to join the business leading teams in the following locations North Location - Moonee Ponds.
This company has a strong history of growth spanning over many years and do dominate the smaller format FMCG retail market worldwide. They continually strive and succeed in bring the highest standards to their consumer and operate with the highest ethical standards.
We are seeking a proven retail professional with a strong history retail experience -** convenience** store backgrounds are are highly regarded**.
**About the Role**
This is not any ordinary retail managers role working in a leading Petrol and Convenience store across Australia I have a a couple of different locations available for you. You do not need to come from working in the Petrol Retail industry you might be looking for a change and wanting something new.
If you are successful in this role you are going to be leading from the front, ensuring that your staff and customers are in a safe environment, You will be the expert in educating your team around safe work practises and exceeding customer experience on daily basis. You are 100% upbeat, fun and hard working and above all you will be able to work in a role and grow your business.
**Skills and Experience**
- Past Retail Management Experience
- Previous experience in Petrol Retail, Convenience Store Management is highly sort after
- The ability to work to targets and KPI's and find way to achieve
- You will have experience in building a strong positive working culture
- Excellent experience in coaching, mentoring, creating development plans and progression plans
- Confidence in Rostering to wage hours and ensuring staffing on at correct times
- Past experience in high volume retail and inventory management
- Strong Visual Merchandising ability meeting company and suppliers guidelines
- dealing with and organising stock from suppliers
- Great Business acumen as you get to run this like a business
**Other Points to Note**
- Salaries range dependent on rosters.. $55-65k+super
- Work for a business that believes in culture
- You must be able to work some weekends, late night and public holidays
- Ongoing training and education from your Line Manager
- be flexible to move to other stores in your region
