- Ready to be part of a groundbreaking Australian-based startup that's revolutionising education? They're on a mission to become the world leader in student check-ins and are seeking an exceptional Head of Client Success to help them achieve that goal
- As one of Australia's fastest-growing EdTech startups, they're making waves with their innovative product. Currently used in over 15,000 education institutions across 150 countries, their B2C & B2B offerings allow teachers to gain direct feedback from their students to help cater their methods. With consistent year-on-year growth of over 300%, they're determined to make a global impact on education delivery.
- The role of Head of Client Success is crucial in supporting their tertiary (enterprise level) clients, both in Australia and across the globe. They’re looking for someone who can ensure client uptake of Ziplet, maximising their experience and driving ongoing renewal. Their current contract renewals exceed 80% and range from $50k to $150k per year, whilst this is not a sales role, working with the sales and product team you will have a direct impact on their revenue growth.
