Collaborating cross-functionally, the Head of Client & New Business Development will ensure that clients' unique needs are met with bespoke solutions, fostering client satisfaction, and elevating revenue trajectories.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive client development strategies in alignment with our client's overarching business growth objectives.
  • Employ a proactive blend of client engagement strategies and robust business development tactics to fuel revenue expansion and explore new market opportunities.
  • Identify and forge relationships with potential clients through targeted outreach, networking events, and industry affiliations.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders, attaining a deep understanding of their pain points and presenting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and solution architects, to craft compelling proposals addressing client needs and challenges.
  • Maintain an acute awareness of industry trends, competitors' initiatives, and emerging technologies to cement our client's status as a digital industry leader.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of client development professionals, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and relentless growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Demonstrable success in a client development or business development leadership role within the digital agency or related sectors.
  • Proven ability to blend clientcentric approaches with impactful business development strategies, driving revenue expansion and market exploration.
  • Exceptional networking and relationshipbuilding abilities, evidenced by a history of securing substantial deals.
  • A strategic mindset with exceptional analytical capabilities, capable of translating insights into actionable plans.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with an ability to influence at the executive level.
  • A track record of effective leadership, inspiring and guiding teams towards shared goals.
