As Administrative Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in our operations. We are seeking a highly organised and talented individual who understands the value of cooperation but also possesses the grit to get any job done.

To facilitate a smooth transition, we are seeking a highly organised professional to join our team on a short-term contract basis, with the potential for a permanent full-time position. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills and contribute to our ongoing success.

**What will a normal day look like?**

As Administrative Assistant, your key responsibilities include:

- Action daily administration tasks.
- ADHOC administration tasks.
- Outbound phone calls at times and client relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
- Communicate effectively with management and internal departments to address any queries or issues
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Prepare documentation for senior management as required
- Reporting via Microsoft Excel to ensure business excellence

**About you;**
- Must be an Australian Citizen/resident and at least 18 years of age
- Proven team player, ability working in a high demand, fast-paced environment meeting strict service metrics and delivering a high level of accurate output.
- Grit and determination in the face of adversity
- Ability to work full-time in office, at our office in West Melbourne
- Available Monday - Friday, between the hours of 7am - 7pm
- Available occasionally on weekends
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and basic formulas)
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, good with numbers

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)

Work Location: In person
