We are looking for ambitious and passionate paid search executive to join our team. Working with amazing clients across a range of industries in a supportive culture. Having the budget, time, and resources to deliver real results and growth for your clients.

You will be part of a cohesive team that works together to deliver on client’s business growth goals. You will receive ongoing training around management, optimisation, campaign planning, strategy.

In this role you will be working with our Search Manager and Digital Strategist helping to plan, execute, optimise, manage, and report across a range of paid search and ppc campaigns. Including Search
- Google Ads, Microsoft Ads. Shopping Ads. Display, Native & YouTube.

**What you’ll be responsible for**
- Creating and executing campaigns across a range of channels including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Shopping Ads, Display, YouTube, Native, and other key tactics. From keyword research, campaign structure, ad creative, bids to conversions.
- Optimisation and management of client campaigns to deliver on set KPI or ROAS to deliver on business goals.
- Communicate and collaborate with the wider team on ensuring digital opportunities are considered that can help deliver on client goals.
- Working directly with clients or supporting Search Manager in keeping clients updated with key information, insights, opportunities as well as regular reporting.
- Use Google Analytics and platform data to gain insights, analysis of campaign performance to help support improvements and changes.
- Be responsible for collating results from multiple sources and compiling monthly reports to identify trends and help to improve performance.
- Contribute to the planning of the annual marketing & communications strategy and other teams’ strategies, when required
- Manage budget planning and pacing.

**About You**

You’ll be passionate, motivated, and enthusiastic, looking for a long-term career in marketing. A team player who loves to collaborate, communicate, and brainstorm.
- Minimum of 2+years’ experience across key channels.
- Practical experience in Google Analytics to measure campaign performance, identify issues and make informed decision around campaign performance and changes.
- Results driven, good time management, attention to detail and prioritisation skills.
- Takes ownership and has a solution focused optimistic attitude
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

**Salary Package**

Salary Package will range from $85,000 to $100,000 based on experience level.
