Are you a copywriter machine with a passion for making a positive impact on the planet? This is the role for you felix mobile, an Australian telecommunications gem under the TPG Telecom umbrella, is on the lookout for a dynamic copywriter to write memorable and thumb-stopping copy.

**This opportunity**

As the team is expanding and our brand is rapidly growing, we are on the hunt for a copywriter genius. You'll set the tone for our brand and bring it to life across all consumer touchpoints, creating delightful customer experiences.

Reporting to the head of brand while working in partnership with our content and creative team, writing hard-working copy, to deliver fun, memorable, and engaging campaigns. You will bring to the team a strong copywriting background and have experience in creating captivating copy for multiple channels.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate closely with the Brand & Marketing team and assist in brainstorming and developing content ideas across all channels.
- Work in partnership with our content management team to craft and deliver all copy writing for our CRM, owned social and paid media campaigns.
- Support all copy writing requirements for the felix team; such as website, POS, packaging, catalogues, brochures, reports, etc.
- Ensure all copy meets the brief, is delivered on time and on is on brand. Reflecting our brand tone of voice and personality.

**Knowledge and experience**
- Is a seasoned writer. You know how to write copy that delivers, engages and converts consumers.
- A naturally witty, quirky, and friendly tone of voice who can easily bring to life a tongue-in-cheek attitude and uncanny ability to call a spade a spade, all while being irresistibly charming.
- Strong experience writing copy across all consumer touch points. From a CRM campaign to a Meta post, to out of home campaigns
- A copywriter that writes from multiple perspectives and can identify the consumer perspective at each stage of the journey and can also adapt copy to the multiple channels.
- Ability to work fast with impeccable eye for detail while managing multiple projects at once.
- A creative flair and originality, actively participate and brings ideas to brainstorming sessions.
- A strong team player who thrives working in partnership with key stakeholders
