**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft compliant, clear and engaging descriptions of products, utilising from base copies and templates
- Produce compliant entry requirements so that customers can make an informed decisions every time
- Use your exceptional analytical and problem solving skills to make sound judgements on challenging copy
- Ensure tone of voice, brand guidelines and SEO standards are embedded in all work
- Provide creative and practical input into the development of processes and writing standards
- Meet timeframes delivering product descriptions in a fortnightly cycle
- Reflect the organisation's values in the way you work and follow policies and procedures to ensure a safe, healthy and inclusive work environment
- Place the customer at the centre of all decision making

**You will need to**:

- Experience as a Copywriter or similar role is essential
- Demonstrated experience in writing fluently in plain English and ability to adapt to a range of styles and formats, including working within specific writing parameters to produce copy that is compliant, pitched at the appropriate level to the learner and meets brand guidelines
- Ability to work to tight deadlines, meeting agreed targets with a high level of accuracy and consistency, in a fast-paced project environment
- Demonstrated understanding of working in a digital writing capacity to produce copy that is SEO best practice and aligned with business SEO targets.
