**We’re seeking a confident Customer Service Representative to join our team at our Austral Bricks® office in Horsley Park on a full-time basis. You will be responsible for assisting in the development and growth of Austral Bricks as a front-line representative, while ensuring customer service policy is applied to each customer or potential customer. It is important that this role provides an exceptional customer service experience when interacting through our multiple channels.**

**Duties include but are not limited to**
- Provide quality service to both internal and external customers.
- Handle inbound calls to service a wide range of customers.
- Maintain detailed and current knowledge of the Company’s products and services.
- Ensure all sales enquiries are answered in a prompt and courteous manner.
- Coordinate appointments with clients for colour selection.
- Complete data Entry of orders, credits, returns and stock and pricing enquiries.
- Ensure delivery to schedule and quality.
- Administer customer order processing, accounting and warranty procedures.
- Investigate and action any customer complaints.
- Follow up on product performance to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Success Requirements**
- Availability to work weekends.
- Tertiary qualification in a related discipline.
- Experience in Building, Design or Sales Industry preferred.
- Prior experience working in customer service.
- Strong time management, administration and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- A personal focus on delivering excellent customer service.
