**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Manager, Commercial and Contracts, the Commercial and Contracts Specialist will be responsible for the gathering of contractual, financial, legal and operational data, undertaking analysis and input driven tasks for DA to ensure our position is competitive, accurate and auditable.

**You Will be Responsible for**:

- End-to-end procurement and contract management
- P2P process with the Vendor Coordinator
- Driving effective vendor, partner, and client relationship management
- Development and managing strategic sourcing activity
- Identification and management of commercial risk
- Preparation, analysis, interpretation and reporting of operational results
- Stakeholder engagement and project analysis
- Assisting the Manager, Commercial and Contracts with product owners to cost and price offerings; and
- Commercial agreement drafting & management.

**What You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business/Commercial Law, or a related field of study (or relevant experience)
- Strong knowledge of both Pre and Post Award contract management
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience as Commercial/Contract Analyst is preferred
- Significant experience within the ICT / FinTech sector(s) would be highly advantageous
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sound analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships in challenging environments.
