**Event Administrator**

- We’re looking for a highly organised and pro-active individual to provide administration support to the Events & Conferences department. This role provides accurate and timely scheduling services to the Events business function and coordinates incoming queries, requests from employees and prepare timesheet data entry for the departments pay cycle.
- Previous scheduling experience would be preferable or a background working in a Food & Beverage or an Events operational position.
- This role would be Monday - Friday, but you may be required to work some Saturdays on occasion.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Previous experience in an administration or scheduling position.
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- Strong computer skills - Particularly Word and Excel.
- Excellent organisation skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Preferred Criteria**:

- A background working in Events or Food & Beverage.
- Exposure to rostering systems such as Virtual Roster and Salesforce.
- Previously worked in a busy and high-volume scheduling position.
