We have an exciting opportunity in the Clinical Application Services Learning and Development Team for an Instructional Designer.

Reporting into Learning and Development Manager you will be part of the team responsible for developing new artefacts using latest tools and technologies and providing BAU to internal and external clients. Working closely with SMES and Stakeholders from different areas.

**What you will do**

As an integral member of the Clinical Application Services Learning and Development Team, you will:

- Review and update current learning & development material including quick reference guides, eLearning, lesson plans, and training manuals.
- Contribute to the scoping, writing, designing and developing of new training material and ensure it is readily available.
- Collaborate with our customers to ensure they are empowered to request content to be created or updated as required.
- Ensure that materials developed meet training and useability requirements.
- Maintain a robust records management system of training developed for version control.

**About you**

The skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for in you are:

- Proven experience in eLearning or in-house training and design environments including relevant, qualification or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability using eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline Suite 360, RISE.
- Microsoft 365, Camtasia 2023, and or other learning development tools.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.

To be eligible for this role, you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
