Today, we are proud to share we’ve served and fed over 10 million meals to puppers and their parents across Australia, and this is just the beginning. Our vision is to create multiple nutritional products, to add disease prevention meals and supplements, and to take Lyka into new markets.

Currently, we have a team of 140 pet-obsessed people on our team who share our vision. These carefully selected people are dedicated to building the next generation of technology and products to help empower pet parents to take control over their pet’s wellbeing. To date, we have raised over $40M in funding from our venture fund investments and pet industry insiders, who believe in our mission and ability to drive change in an outdated industry, providing nutrition that nourishes puppers from the inside out.

**The Role**:
Lyka is searching for a commercially minded Lead Product Manager to join our mission to change the pet wellness industry. Sitting within our Retention squad, this role is responsible for mapping our customer journey for all existing Lyka users, understanding all touch points, challenges and creating clear actionable steps to reduce churn and increase revenue. This role will help to define and challenge existing product rituals, to ensure we’re implementing gold standard product management principles. You will work collaboratively and cross-functionally with our customer experience, product, service design and engineering team to strategise, plan and drive forward our growth initiatives.

**What you will do?**:

- Developing a product strategy that is aligned to the company’s growth and revenue targets for your team.
- Customer centricity is your top priority. You have a natural curiosity and empathy to solve customer problems.
- Identify and prioritise opportunities for innovating the digital customer journey through research and data. Running regular user experiments, A/B testing and feedback sessions with customers.
- Lead our agile product development processes, continually striving to improve the ways of working and product delivery.
- Facilitate the end-to-end execution of product initiatives including conceptualisation, planning, prototyping, development, launch and scale
- Working with our data team to develop real-time reports and statistical models, analysing data to draw insights from initiative performance
- Track and be accountable for the key performance metrics that measure the success of our product. Create more accessible visibility across the business around retention metrics and progress
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation including customer care, growth, R&D, operations, product, design, and engineering to ensure alignment with the business strategy and objectives
- Frequently present findings and recommend growth initiatives all the way up to the executive level.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience working as a product leader in a high growth start-up. Track record of designing, developing, and optimising digital experiences leading to improved conversion.
- Experience working directly on retention initiatives on a software product.
- Knowledge and understanding of analytical tooling, and tag management software.
- Experience running experiments and split tests of statistical significance and comfortable using a variety of testing tools.
- SEO experience highly regarded, but not essential.
- Solid understanding of design principles and agile development approaches and a demonstrated experience of working with technical teams to deliver innovative digital experiences.
- Ability to ruthlessly prioritise and juggle multiple priorities to maximise short term and long-term value.
- Understands what good looks like from a cross-functional collaboration perspective.
- Have coached, mentored, managed, and grown junior product managers in previous roles (directly or indirectly).
- Experience raising the product management capability within a team and have a structured approach to doing so.
