**About the Role**:
Our Support Office is looking for a People & Culture Coordinator

The People & Culture Coordinator will support the People & Culture team and will assist the business on a range of activities related to recruitment, onboarding, employment, HRIS Administration, project coordination, reporting, employee relations support and general HR administration. They will promote the development of RDO Equipment values and take ownership on a range of Company initiatives. This role will ideally be based at one of our support offices in either Richlands or Yatala, however remote working will be considered for the right person with regular travel to support offices.

**The key responsibilities of this role will include but not limited to**:

- Manage the HR and Careers inboxes ensuring queries are processed or forwarded to the correct team members.
- HR Superuser for all systems including the recruitment and uniform ordering portals and administering the HRIS.
- Assist with the end-to-end recruitment for all roles, including arranging interviews, medical assessments, testing and reference checking.
- Responsible for the onboarding process for all new employees including uniform ordering.
- Assist with administrative duties, including employee changes, employee file management, the employee offboarding process (including archiving), and the collation of our online HR forms (including probation reviews, quarterly performance reviews and exit interviews).
- Provide advice and guidance to management on people and culture processes, policies and systems and support employee relations matters.
- Manage and administer various reporting requirements related to attraction, engagement and retention and monitor various trends.
- Provide administrative and general support to the People and Culture team.
- Assist with maintaining the content of all policies, standards, procedures and forms including HR systems ensuring compliance requirements are achieved.
- Coordinate and contribute to P&C related projects relating to attraction, engagement and retention.
- Administer P&C programs including reward and recognition, annual remuneration review and incentive schemes, engagement, learning and development, and exit interviews.

**You will bring the following skills and experience to the role**:

- The right to work in Australia.
Relevant experience in administration and coordination, preferably HR.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Exposure to employee relations, training, employment and HR administration.
- Project coordination skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
- Exposure to HRIS and other HR related systems.
- Ability to demonstrate skills in time management, organisation and teamwork.
- Ability to maintain absolute integrity and confidentiality.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist others.
