**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
This Enterprise Risk role forms part of the overall Internal Audit and Risk Assurance (IARA) Function. We are a small, professional and high performing team who pride ourselves on delivering outcomes and providing value to the Business. The profile of Risk Management at Mercy Health continues to grow - we are seen as an essential function to support effective decision making at key operational and strategic levels.

This is a critical role. We need a motivated and meticulous individual who can help us bring Risk Management to the next level.

Reporting to the Group Risk Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the risk and assurance components of the IARA program including, but not limited to:

- Providing specialist technical analysis and advice on risk and control management;
- Undertaking a range of assurance activities including control testing;
- Developing risk and assurance dashboards and senior level reports;
- Developing, implementing and managing a central electronic risk database;
- Creating, maintaining and delivering an educational program for Organisation wide implementation

**ABOUT YOU**:
We are looking for someone who has a few years of relevant experience. e.g. Risk or internal audit. This is the perfect opportunity for a motivated individual who wants to step up from a Risk Advisor / Analyst position. The successful applicant must have:

- Strong foundational knowledge and experience in risk management
- Highly developed interpersonal skills including excellent written and oral communication
- Excellent problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail
- The ability to work autonomously and to manage competing priorities
