**Your Impact**

Bring your passion for providing high quality customer service and help shape the way that we are presented in the market. This role will allow you to utilise your existing skillset and to build your capabilities within our Supply Chain function.

**The opportunity**:
Working with both internal and external stakeholders this role will drive the objective of being recognised by our customers as delivering excellence in service and creating value. Specifically, the role will be responsible for state-based end to end Order fulfilment support, and distribution administration.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Support and co-ordinate with site and state teams, special customer delivery queries and requests from our central customer delivery team
- Identifying, raising and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement
- Investigation and follow-up of all internal and external logistics related customer complaints

Possessing exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you will be confident to engage with others and have a passion for learning and developing to be our best.
