The purpose of this role is to provide administrative and support services to the Assessments Division.

This is a permanent, full-time position.

**Selection criteria**
- Demonstrated extensive experience in providing administrative support and maintaining databases/record keeping in a high volume legal, compliance, law enforcement, or equivalent environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Demonstrated organisational skills and planning ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Analytical skills and good judgment.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly developed proficiency in Microsoft Office suite products, electronic records management software, and Adobe Acrobat.
- Capacity to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work with mínimal supervision.
- General understanding of the Commission and the NSW public sector is desirable.

The NSW Independent Commission Against Corruption (“the ICAC”) was established in 1988 as an independent organisation to protect the public interest, prevent breaches of public trust and guide the conduct of public officials in the NSW public sector. We are committed to:

- preventing corruption through advice and assistance
- educating the NSW community and public sector about corruption and its effects.
