**About the Role**
- As the resales support manager, you will step into a dynamic role supporting the National Resales Manager. You will be part of developing and implementing support strategies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting and training sales team members, handling escalated issues, and collaborating with other departments to improve current processes.
This role will be responsible for monitoring support metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and working towards enhancing the overall support experience for our staff and customers to optimize resales across our residential communities and enhance revenue growth.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support and mentor our lead sales agents to exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate in the development and execution of comprehensive sales strategies to enhance market share and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of professionalism and service.
- Provide ongoing support to sales agents to successfully negotiate and close real estate transactions, fostering trust and loyalty among our clientele.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategic initiatives to optimize sales performance.
- Contract Administration Support
- Assistance in the preparation of issuing sales contracts
**About You**
- Proven experience in sales management or team leadership in the property industry
- Strong knowledge of real estate industry regulations and a background in sales and customer service.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to think on your feet in fast-paced environments.
- A team player with a driven, can-do attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
