Seven West Media has an exciting opportunity for a passionate Events Coordinator who will support the Events Manager with the organisation and execution of events across all Seven West Media brands including Channel 7 Perth, The West Australian, The Sunday Times and Telethon.
Based in our Osborne Park office and reporting to the Events Manager, this role will greatly support the events team in delivering a portfolio of events that elevate our brands including The West Australian’s Leadership Matters business event series, Resources Technology Showcase, The Alinta Energy Christmas Pageant, Channel 7 program launches and trade marketing events.
Working closely with internal stakeholders, the role requires great attention to detail, excellent time management skills and supporting the events team with day-to-day operations.
**Skills and experience**:
- Tertiary qualification in Events, Marketing, Business or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in event management
- High level customer service and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Administration experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organisation skills
- A natural problem-solver
