You will complete a **Certificate III Business Administration** qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience through HVTC with our Host Employer, Aust. Drilling Systems Engineering.

**Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Perform daily tasks including data entry, filing, expense claim processing, credit card processing, and assistance with accounts payable.
- Provide office management support and administrative assistance to management personnel.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and meet deadlines.
- Assist with various tasks at our Kurri Kurri workshop as needed.
- You will be using software such as MYOB, XERO, and Microsoft products for your day-to-day tasks. Training will be provided as needed to ensure proficiency with these tools.

- Time management and organizational skills.
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.
- A proactive and can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team.
- Capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
