**Location**:Flexible working with a mix of working from home and from one of our offices in Charlestown, Parramatta or Chatswood.

We encourage applicants from regional and metro NSW locations as we work mostly remotely, with flexible working options to attend Charlestown, Parramatta & Chatswood offices. Interviews can be done via Microsoft Teams.

**About the role and the team**

We are a high performing recruitment services team that cover both the strategic and operational sides of internal recruitment.

The new Recruitment Support Coordinator roles in the team will be responsible for assisting the Recruitment Business Partners with the coordination of recruitment processing and associated administrative tasks as well as supporting other projects and initiatives in the wider team.

The team also works closely with other People & Culture teams and this opportunity could also suit someone who would like to get more exposure to HR, or Culture & Organisational Development, or to technical or corporate roles in eHealth NSW. We are very supportive of career and capability development and openly support the team in pursuing opportunities that interest them.

We both support and promote flexible working. At times, you may need to travel to an office that’s not your usual base office but we make sure this is coordinated well in advance.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Additionally, Category A workers are required to receive a booster dose three months after completing the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate (IM011 immunisation medical exemption form) certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.

To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).

Please note, pursuant to the Award which governs the employment conditions of this role, 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.
